Thanks for posting! If you are only looking to replace the handle, I suggest taking a look at the 82-081 with the keyed lock. Take a look at the diagram below to confirm if the measurement for the hole centers match up to yours, along with the other handle dimensions.

If you need to replace the internal mortise lock, the closest we carry would be the 82-238. However you would need to replace the keeper that corresponds to it. Either the 89-030 or the 89-036 keeper. Which ever keeper looks like the one you have now.
