Searching for doubld hook lock 5" screw holes

A quick learner says:
Pics attached of the sliding door lock which I would like to repair or replace.
Screw holes on the front of the lock are 6-3/8" apart and in the center is the square hole for the latch. There are 2 hinges that pop out when the latched is pressed down.

Screw holes on the side of the lock are 5" part where the door handle is screwed-in to.

Door handle closes on the right side of the door frame.

Hello! Based on what I see here, my top recommendation would be the 82-238 mortise lock. This is designed to work with handle sets like the 82-080 or 82-081.
