It's tough to tell what you have from this photo. I can't see the whole part, so I'm not sure if any important details are missing. Can you draw the camera back and show me a clear picture of the whole part?

I don't recognize this part, either. I think it might be an older style guide. I think you could maybe use the 23-026 or 23-215 as a substitute. These have the same plastic guide style as yours, but the housing design is a little different. Check them out and see what you think.
