Searching for dualvarm casement operator

A quick learner says:
Need a replacement dual arm casement operator that was installed in 2012. Also, need a new cover and crank (white in color). The operator is for a left side casement window that swings out to the left.

Straight Insert arm is 9 and 1/2 inches long and marked Entry Gard TRUTH on one side with the part number "30472" RH on the back of it.

Arm with clip on end and a hinged pin (4 and 1/2") labeled "20820" on the clip arm and labeled "R30842" on the hinged pin (curved) section.

The 5 screw metal plate of the operator that screws into the sill has "40471" imprinted on the base at the top. (Made in USA) imprinted on the left bottom of the plate.

Plastic Cover is 5" long and angles out with crank hole in center of piece.
Crank has "Thermal Gard" printed on top of handle shaft and measures 4 and 1/2 inches from handle end to crank end.

Hope this and the photos help.

Thanks for reaching out. Your operator appears to be our part 39-032 according to the design and measurements. Carefully review the dimensions from our diagram below to double check that this is the correct replacement. Its opposite side is part 39-031.

Dimensions for 39-032
Dimensions for 39-032

The compatible cover is part 39-107 and there are two compatible crank handles. There is a standard crank part 39-114L and a folding handle part 39-205. You also have the option of purchasing an entire folding handle kit which is part 39-107FK.

Take a look over these parts and review them to determine if they are the right fit for you.

A home owner from New Jersey says:
Thank you for your prompt reply! It would appear that parts 39-032, 39-107, and (maybe) part 39-114L for the crank handle.

One final close up picture of the standard crank handle that was installed n my window may help clarify my selection with you.

Any of the recommended handles will work as they're all compatible with the 39-032It would be up to your discretion which one you'd like to install on your window.

If you'd like to stick with a standard crank handle, the 39-114L would work perfectly. However, if you would like to switch over to a folding handle, other options are available as well.
