Searching for ellison window 1/2" X 28" spiral balance spring

I need a spiral balance spring for an Ellison double hung vinyl window that measures 28" long X 1/2" in diameter. Do you have anything like that? Thanks, R.M.

Thanks for reaching out. I am unfamiliar with your window brand, unfortunately. In our experience it is very uncommon for a spiral balance to measure 1/2". Can you please double check the diameter and also send a few photos of the balances?
Also, is your window a tilt or a non-tilt window?
