Searching for entry guard truth 268.643

I have an Entry Guard Truth latch and latch keeper. The latch keeper is what is broken. The numbers on the back of the latch are: 40381A, 268.643, Can you help me run this part down?

That number is often associated with our 90-077C lock, but there's no guarantee this is what you have. Carefully look it over and tell me if there are any major differences. If there are, I'd like to see them.
