Searching for g3450 channel balance

Question

I have a nuair DH-R30 900 series
I need double sided channel balance for 3 windows, they are 35" the metal only
the number on the channel is g 345 38,

not sure what need to order will need to replace 2 per window x 3 windows = 6 channel balances.
if you could advise on what model number I need

Hi there-

I was able to narrow what you have down to two options. You either have our Series 380 or our Series 385 channel balance. The difference lies in the depth of the shoe. The series 385 balance has a 15-004 shoe, which is 1-3/32” deep while the Series 380 balance has a 15-005 shoe, which is 1” deep.

Please reference the below photo to see exactly how to measure the depth of your shoe to determine which series you have. Once you determine the series balance that you have, you'll select the 35" length. At checkout you will reference the stamp on your balance (3450) and choose that same option.
