I have two bedroom windows with broken hardware. These are casement windows from Gorell. They are model #3007 with a demensions of 53 x 49.25. Is this enough to find replacement parts? I'm not sure I can take the window off for a better review.

Hey Phil. In the past Gorrell windows have been associated with the 39-091 and 39-092 ROTO short arm operators, as well as the 36-004-10 10" Hinge Set; but really, the only reliable way to know for sure what you need is to send us photos of the existing hardware, preferably removed from the window or at least a clear view for reference. This hardware tends to vary a ton even when you know the manufacturer, and so barring a few exceptions pictures of specific parts needed is the best way to go. We'll do our best to assist you from there.
I was able to get some pictures of the broken hardware on my Gorell casement windows. There are two of them, one right handed and the other left handed. The window model is 3007. I have added the photos, so hopefully that helps define the part number.

Thank you! These photos are a huge help. I do have some bad news for you, however. What you have here is a Roto brand operator and hinge, neither of which are made anymore. The only component of the operator assembly that we still sell is the base, which is our 39-091 and 39-092. These are the modern equivalent of your original base.
The link arm that attaches to the sash, however, is totally obsolete and there is no alternative that I am aware of. This isn't something we can supply, unfortunately.
It's the same story for the hinge, but in that case we actually do have an alternative. My recommendation is the 36-048. The design is different, but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then it should function adequately.
I am sorry again that we can't help with the operator arms. There just isn't anything in our inventory that can replace it.
