We'd be happy to help but your photos only show the base. We would also need to see the operator arms that move the sash, preferably uninstalled, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

That's exactly what we needed. It looks like you have one of the Encore-style operator pairs shown in the video below. The determining factor will be the fitting attached to the long arm of your operator. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.

Great. Can you tell me the cost. Once again I need a right handed one and a lefthanded. Or can i just go on your website direct and order?
