Searching for handle guardian ANSI Z97.1-1984 SGCC969

I have a patio sliding door that had a piece of metal break off that held the screw in place (picture #1). I am attaching several pics. The information on the glass is as follows:

Guardian Kingsburg, Ca
ANSI Z97.1-1984
SGCC 969 5/32U
16 CFR 1201 11
Can/ CGSB-12.1-M
