Searching for hgo4-2004

We have some casement windows that have a rusty slide and hinge. The bottom slide that is screwed to the sill and the hinge that attaches to it. We had bought the windows at Home Depot but they discontinued this part. Can you identify it? And do you have that part. I would need 2 sets, one right and one left. the number I got off the slide was HG04-2001 and it measured 10" long.
