need a replacement drawer pull for a Hon Inwood office desk. holes are 4 3/16 centers.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry any pull handles with 4-3/16" installation holes but your photo looks almost identical to the 22-201 with 4-1/2" hole spacing. Take a look and see if this may be the part that you need. Thank you!
