I have three Pella double pane, double hung windows. It appears that they will not stay up (open) because the balance strings are missing and not attached to the clip that the window goes into.
Glass reads: Pella Insleshield Arc P 3 07
Inside metal frame between panes reads: Pella IG 10.8 MM. Could be 1G.
Do you have these balances?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to say that we don't sell Pella balances that use strings like you describe. Your best option would be to contact Pella directly if you haven't already. I apologize that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
