Searching for inovo 2-lite sliding patio door rollers

Question

I have a Simonton Inovo 2-Lite Sliding Patio Door for which I need to purchase ONE roller. I do not have a model number since I purchased the house from someone else and the sticker on the door was removed.  Please help.  I do not know what else to do.  Simonton WAS NOT helpful at all.

I'm sorry to say that there's no way for us to identify what roller you need based on the provided information. The only way to ID the proper roller is to remove the original ahead of time and use it as a reference.

I know that's probably more work than you wanted to put into this project at this early stage, especially without a replacement on hand already, but there's no way to get around it. This kind of project demands quite a bit of time and energy, and taking the door down twice (once for identification, and again for replacement) is the expected play in 90% of cases. If you aren't able to do that, you're not going to be able to find a replacement. It's just not possible otherwise.

Once the roller is removed, take a clear photo of its back end, top, and side. Written, detailed dimensions will also be necessary. Once I have those, I can check our inventory to see if we have a good match for you.
