Interlock 12c-is23 hx replacement operator

A quick learner says:
I could not find a manufacturer anywhere on these windows. Our customer is looking to replace around six of the crank operators that are stripped out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

This looks like older versions of the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 Short-Arm Operators. Unfortunately, ROTO has discontinued many components that are needed for this operator to function, such as the link arm that connects it to the window sash. Sometimes these bracket arms can be found secondhand on a site like eBay, but I can't make any guarantees. I apologize for any inconvenience.
