Searching for keyed handle set clamp style

Question

clamp latch for sliding glass door 3 15/16"     2" wide. The handle was never delivered, but didn't know till we installed it much later.

This looks more like a hole spacing of 4-15/16" based on your photos, is that correct? If so, see our 82-009A Surface Mount Clamp Handle Set. You could also use the 82-306 Keyed Outside Pull with this handle set.
