i have a maritech 310 series single hung vinyl window that i need channel balances for stamp says 3330 and its 34"

That stamp code only tells us the strength of the spring in the balance. Maritech windows have used our Series 385 before, but this is no guarantee--compare the nylon fittings to be certain that they match. If so, you'd need an S385-34 with a stamp option of 3330.
