Searching for marshall vinyl patio door lock

Question

I have a Marshall Vinyl sliding patio door that recent had the locing mechanism fail. It is a simple push down lock that elevatges a metal clash to secure the door. I an looking to replace this failed lock, if need be the entire handling system could also be replaced. That is the gandle to pull the door open and the locing system within the door. I can disassenmle the lock and send more detailed photos. The door was installed around the end of 1993. I'd also like rollers for the bottom but am content to start with the locing mechanism.

Our 82-218 mortise lock looks like a good match. Review the specifications and see how they compare with yours. We'd be happy to help with the rollers but we would need to see a complete roller assembly removed from the door along with dimensions.
