Hello,

Your operator looks like the old-style version of the 39-171 Truth operator. We also carry the 39-172 opposite-handed version. Take a look and compare the specifications below to yours. Thanks for posting!

It matches except where your 39-171 has 5", mine is 4.5". Perhaps it will still work?

Unfortunately, we don't offer an operator in the style of the 39-171 and 39-172 with a link arm that is 4-1/2" long but we have come across this issue in the past. There are a few options. First, you could try installing this operator as is since it may still work regardless of the difference in link arm length. Your second option would be to adjust the position of the bracket on the sash that the operator arm connects to, which could compensate for the difference.

Yes, I evaluated how to adjust for the added 1/2" and think I can make it work. I'll order it and give it a try. Thanks!
