Searching for mercer camlock

Hello I have mercer windows. The camlock handle has twisted off. The window won't open. I have photos.Can you help? Thanks Bill

Hi, Bill.

I'm not sure if this lock is made anymore. Our 90-323 is similar and may be a possible replacement, however. I can't promise it'll work but look over the specifications and see what you think.

Emily, The 90-323 looks close to what I need. Is there a way to remove the sash lock? The window is closed & I've removed the two screws but the sash lock won't come off.Thanks Bill

That's weird. Removing the screws should have allowed you to remove the lock from the sash. You may want to check and see if the lock is still latched on to the keeper just to be safe.

Emily, I was able to pry the sash out. The springs put enough pressure to make it hard to remove. The sash measurements are the same, but the keeper is smaller. The original is 3 1/4" long screws are 2 3/4" apart. I'm going to order the 90-323 & make it work. Thanks for all your help. Bill
