Searching for mfg code 130-1 mfg code 130-1 series 1200 spec sgd-a7

Question

Hello! One of my wheels popped off.

On the sticker, I can see?
Model: 1200
Code: 130-1
Spec: SGD-A2 (the 2 is really hard to see, could be a 7 or a Z).
MST. 8' 0" X 5' 2"

Wheel diameter is 1" and I only see one hole on the top.
Building is from early 80s but I don't know age of screen door.

Thanks for posting! Can you confirm which end the spring was attached to and how it was attached? This will be an important factor in determining the correct replacement or if we have a suitable one that we can recommend, at all.
