Searching for milgard block and tackle 14 5 FT CMC 2

Question

I need replacement block and tackle for a milgard bathroom vertical slider. Window is ancient. Metal channel is 15"X5/8".
Stamp reads 14 5 FT CMC 2. Lower window weighs 16lbs.

Welcome to SWISCO! We can certainly replace this. It appears you either have an S380 or S385 balance, but you'll need to measure the bottom plastic shoe know which one is correct for you. If it measures 1" deep, you'll need the S380-15. If it measures 1-3/32", go for the S385-15.

For either balance, you'll choose the 1450 option. This supports 13 to 17 lbs., so right on track for your 16 lb window! Let me know if any more questions come up.
