Searching for milgard window balancer for tuscany 8325

A quick learner says:
The part is a Force balance from a Milgard Tuscany 8225T double hung window. The spring has an number: 5232208 with the number 35 above it. Both balances seem to be broken.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-191, which uses the Series 160 coil springs and 15-150S support. I'd also recommend weighing the window sash and dividing the weight by the number of coils on both sides of the window to make sure you choose the correct strength option for your springs. Thank you!

A home owner from San Mateo. CA. says:
Thank-you Casey for your assistance in a timely manner. After I sent the e-mail I did some further research came to the same conclusion as to the parts needed for repair. The old broken coil has a 9.0 lbs stamp on it, so now I'm all set to order and fix the window.

Sincerely

Bill
