Thanks for posting! It looks like you need the 23-042 mirror door roller with a round end. It slides into the adjusting screw housing. Look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the right fit.

I need the entire part not just the wheel replacement. I need the adjusting screw housing as well and cannot seem to find one. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say we would not be able to provide you with the replacement for the other compatible hardware. It was discontinued and we have not been able to source a suitable replacement for it.
