Searching for new awning operating system

I?m centering the kitchen sink faucet and need to find a shorter Handle or different operating System for this window. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This appears to be an awning window lever operator like the 39-037. Unfortunately, that lever mechanism is built right into the operator, and there's really no other replacement for this setup. I apologize for the inconvenience.
