Searching for old Self-Closing Kitchen Cabinet Hinges

Question

I've been searching for replacements of these obsolete self-closing, kitchen cabinet, hinges for ages. Ideally with the same number of holes, to avoid drilling new ones.

The hinges don't show a manufacturer name, but a search on the patent number suggests they're Amerock: U.S. PAT. 3,613,151 OTHER PAT. PEND

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks for posting. I am not sure if we have this exact hinge; but see our 32-147 Partial Wrap Hinge Kit. Compare the dimensions listed on the product page with your old hinge and let us know if you think this could work for you.
