This handle looks like our 39-226. However, the problem with this design is that the black plastic collar in the operator itself wears out and does not lock in the hex spline stud in the handle itself. If you find this is the problem, you could try a small piece of masking tape on the handle end or a little bit of an adhesive to help hold the handle into the operator. We do sell new operators with a newer type spline that may replace your older design. My feeling is that if you can get the handle to stay in the operator, go and use it till the operator wears out. Then you can change out the complete operator and handle to the newer style.

I couldn't say based on this image. I would need to see what the operator looks like entirely removed from the window. From there, we can find a better match!
