Here is a pic of the old an d a pic of the operator I ordered. The only difference is the connection bar facing the wrong direction.

Hi, John. It's hard to tell what you need, based only on seeing the underside. Can you send us a photo of the opposite side of the operator? We usually look to see the whole operator and all the arms and gears in the same snapshot, taken from above, if you can manage that.
