The part that Iam looking will open the window and now the dents has not deep enough this is the reason I have to change that and below the handel there is a number:122099 02:41 and Made in USA and on the one arm is 30744,but this no has continue may be no 4 or letter o,I can not read it.

I'm not sure I understand the problem you describe, but it sounds like you need new operators. We can help. Before I recommend anything, I need you to disconnect the long straight arm from the track and show me a picture of the black slider that's at the end of it.

Perfect, thanks. I recommend our 39-253LB. This is an updated version of your original part. Since Truth changed the design, the handle and cover are also sold separately under the 39-451. Finally, you can reuse the black slider at the end of the arm, but if that's not possible then you can use our 39-529.
