I'm not able to identify your pivot bar from this photo. I would need to see an undamaged one removed from the window sash in order to help. Let me know if that's something you can get for us!
Thank you for the additional photos! Our 26-083 looks like it could be a good match. It measures 2-1/2" long but the length doesn't matter too much. The hole placements are important so you want at least one of them to match up with yours. See how the dimensions compare with your old part.
