Searching for pella hinge arrm

A quick learner says:

I need a left-hand hinge arm for a Pella window that was installed in the late 1990's. The outer dimensions of the window are 65 x 25, the actual window with glass that opens is 63x23

PHOTO is a right-hand window right next to it.

The rivet at hinge arm and bracket under window broke.

So I need the hinge arm of a late 1990' left-hand casement window. Let me know if you need further info. Thanks in advance!

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Hey, Robert. Take note Pella determines whether an operator is left or right from the outside looking in. The operator you show in your photo is, by Pella's determination, left handed.

That said, take a look at our 39-352 and 39-395 hinge sets. These are right hand hinge sets viewed from the outside. See if either of these have the arm length that matches your hinge arm.
