Your coil balance assembly resembles the Series 210 Roller-Tilt constant force balances. Since yours are stamped with a 12 on both housings, you'll need the S210-24. These are made for windows weighing 45 to 48.99lbs. Look over the dimensions compared to your assembly to confirm that this is the correct replacement. Thank you!

Do they come in right and left brackets
Or it is the same one for both sides ?
And I need the clear plastic piece that hook onto it can you tag it in here !

The S210-24 is not handed, meaning that it can be installed on the left or right side of the window. This coil balance is commonly used with the 16-030 bracket. Take a look and compare the specifications below to your part.
