Searching for pin for monarch double hung window

I have 30-5/8 X59-1/2 inch Monarch double hung windows that the pins keep breaking. The part number I have is 141259-1. Can I order more?

Hi, Janice. I couldn't match that part number up to anything. Can you show me a photo of an undamaged version of the part in question? Please also remove it from the window ahead of time so we can see it without obstruction. Thank you!

I'm having trouble finding this. Can you tell me the overall length of the pivot bar as well as the distance from the tip to the center of the screw hole they use to install? I'd also like to see the pivot shoe.

Hello again. Unfortunately, the window label does not tell us the part you have. If you could confirm the overall length of the pivot bar, the distance from the tip to the screw hole centers uses to install it and show us the pivot shoe, we can go from there.

I have no idea what you want me to measure. Can I just send you the part I need and return it to me with the 20 I would like to order?

Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting samples but see the dimensions of one of our stock pivot bars below that shows the types of measurements that we need. We'll also need to see a photo of the pivot shoe that your pivot bar engages with when installing the sash.
