Hello Leon,

Your pivot bar has been discontinued by the manufacturer, but our 26-175 pivot bar pair is a 1 to 1 replacement. We realize that it looks very different, but this will work regardless.

If you need tilt latches or a new sash lock, we'll need to see a picture of that as well to match you up with a replacement. Thank you!

Thanks!
On the topic of the sash tilt locks, I do see that you have a 26-317 that appears to be a snap in unit. However, the ones for my window seem to be mounted right on top of the sash. Does the top strip of the sash come off some how and the unit snaps in underneath?

I don?t see any other tilt certainteed tilt locks on your site, too. So not sure if there are others.
Thanks!

Your thumb lever is similar to the one we have in the 26-317 set, but these are usually mounted in a little pocket at the top of the sash and are otherwise exposed. Yours is completely under the top of the sash, so I think you might have something else.

In these situations, the top of the sash is usually a sort of cover that can be removed, just as you guessed. Such covers vary in how they're removed. I've known some to just pop off, but others have to be gently tapped off with a mallet and block of wood. If we can see the whole latch, we will do our best to find a good match.
