Searching for pivot shoe for S/N 057-494169

Question

I have Alside S/N 057-494169 dual hung windows. I got 20 #26-030 pivot pins from you which worked great. I have 4 broken pivot shoes that need to be replaced. I didn't take any pictures, hopefully this information can help you determine which pivot shoes I need. I would like to order 6 so I have a couple of spares.

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, we do not have a record of the hardware used in your particular windows and the 26-030 is not compatible with one particular pivot shoe. We would need to see the original shoe removed from the window, as well as have you write out the exact width and thickness, to compare to our inventory.
