Searching for quadruple point mortise lock

Quick Learner

I'm virtually certain that I have one of your patio doors possibly made in 2000. In the door jam the label indicates that it is a Newcastle XT / New Haven. It is a 4 point mortise lock with a broken main lock. Can you replace it, preferably just the locking mechanism only? I've attached photos of the entire lock with handle and the mortise lock.

first photo shows the bar that hooks to the latches in the 2nd and 4th photos. The finger in the 2nd photo points to the connecting point (pin). It's this bar when hooked to both latches locks and unlocks the patio door.

Third photo shows the assembled mortise lock in the door hardware. I'm hoping not to replace the additional hardware, unless necessary.

Fifth photo shows the label in the door frame to identify the actual door.

I look forward to your reply or call

Hi there, Michael.

It sounds like you may be confusing us with the manufacturer or supplier of your door. We don't sell or make doors, I'm afraid. Our 82-238 appears to be similar but your setup is a little odd so I can't promise this will work for you. As for the other lock in your fourth photo, we don't sell a replacement for it, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
