Local contractor recommended you. I've attached three photos ( 2 left and 1 right sides) of double pane split window. The latches at the top that holds the bottom window closed (not the locks) needs replacing. I believe I see the ones but would like you to take a look and tell me. These windows were manufactured and installed by Republic West about 10 years ago. Hope you can help. Thanks for your attention.
