Searching for sash balance c5 523 770

Question

I have Anderson double hung windows, dating back to 1970 (I believe). Need to replace the sash balance. Having trouble identifying the part on-line. The numbers on the existing part are:

C5 5 23 770 (the 5 23 is written larger than other numbers).

The upper vinyl sash also broke taking it out to get access to the sash balance, would also appreciate the part number for the upper sash.

An Andersen sash balance with the stamp (5 23) can be replaced with our 24-531. Unfortunately, our company can not replace window sashes. You would need to get in contact with Andersen directly to help with your broken sash.
