Searching for sidedoor handle with a single lock that is attach above the sliding door

I'm looking for the lock for this sliding door. Please see the pics and let me know if we can fix it

Hello! Your thumb lever appears to be a match for our 82-043. We also sell the 82-037 mortise and both the 88-019 interior and 88-020 exterior handles.
