Searching for sugarcreek balance

Question

Hi, looking for balance and boots for Integra series 201 vinyl replacement windows. Balance is 16" sash is about 15 lbs.Will need 4 of each. Also bulb seal for a bottom sash. Appreciate any help.

Your pivot shoe is either our 15-178, which is 1-1/4" wide by 17/32" thick, our 15-188, which is 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick.

For the channel balance itself, I believe our S770-16 is a match. This is screwed to the frame at the top but I can't make out how your balance is attached. If it's not screwed on, let me know. I'd also recommend the 16C stamp for your sash weight.

Finally, for the bulb seal, I'm afraid we don't have a record for what Sugar Creek used. We will need you to remove a sample and show us a clear picture of its end profile.
