Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the metal housing shown in your photos. We do carry a few similar U-shaped pivot bars, which we've related on this page. If you can reuse the original housing, one of these may work as a replacement depending on how the dimensions and installation hole placement compare to your pivot bar.
