I'm afraid I could not find a corner key with a thickness of .083". Your corner height at .20"/.22" is close to 3/16" (.1875"). This is a common corner height. 

Can you double check the thickness of your corner? In the meantime, compare it to our 95-216. This is a self locking corner with a thickness of .145". We also have the 95-233 which you might be able to file down to the thickness you need, but it is not self locking.
