Searching for tilt balance type b jeld-wen

Hi,
We have a houseful of Jed-Wen single-hung Jeld-Wen windows. We had a Tilt-Balance nylon cable break along with the housing that holds the nylon cable. I think I just need to order a pair of complete tile balances in case another one breaks down the road. I'm attaching a picture of the stamp on the metal channel...I believe it's considered a Type B Tilt Balance. Please advise which part number I need to order.

Unfortunately we were not able to cross reference the information provided. To further review, we will need to see pictures of the top and bottom nylon attachments along with the style of hook at the bottom. Thank you!
