Searching for tilt latch My unit is 1/4" not 3/8". help

A quick learner says:

Tilt latches broke. ordered 243/ 244 sets from you but didn't fit. Your units too fat ... 3/8". My broken piece is 1/4".

Believe window is American Craftsman 120998-32A.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues. If I understand your inquiry correctly, you're saying that you bought our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches, but they were too big. Is that accurate?

It's difficult to say what you need without a photo reference, but it's very possible you have our 26-390 and 26-391. I highly recommend going over our dimensions before you place an order just to be 100% sure that everything is in alignment.
