Searching for tilt latch with holes opposite of all the samples

Looking for these. The holes are opposite of most tilt latches. If I cannot find this can I retro fit another one? 2" by 1" Thank you, Debbie

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a match for this tilt latch. The best we can offer is to substitute it with a surface mount tilt latch, like our 26-228 and 26-229 or any of the others you think may work from our section here. These are different than the others in that they just screw on. We also have a video tutorial that shows how we do this. Look it over and see what you think.
