Searching for truthgard 12"

can you provide info on how to replace this entire crank system on this window? It says truthgard and the length of the arm attached to the window is 11.25"

Hello,

Is it possible that the arm of your operator might say Entrygard? If so, take a look at our 39-031 and 39-032 operators and compare the dimensions of the arms to yours.

If not, please open the window and show us a clear image of the arms that move the sash from above. Thank you!
