OK...you guys helped me big time with my screen door rollers. Now I have a breakfast nook that has seats with hinges. The hinges broke and I need replacements. There is a name on the inside "UNITA"...and here are the pictures. They are spring loaded too. Sure hope you can help, again. Thanks.

I don't think we have this exact hinge, but check out our 32-346 or 32-344. Compare the dimensions and see if either of these could work for you.
