Searching for unita hinge

OK...you guys helped me big time with my screen door rollers. Now I have a breakfast nook that has seats with hinges. The hinges broke and I need replacements. There is a name on the inside "UNITA"...and here are the pictures. They are spring loaded too. Sure hope you can help, again. Thanks.
