Searching for visions 2000 sgd-r35-71x80 lock

A quick learner says:

door is Visions 2000 SGD-R35-71X80. The inside lock lever and the plastic guide for the lever, on the side nearest the glass, are broken. I need to order the the parts/assemblies to repair. The door does not have an outside key. I believe the manufacturer is Weathershield of Medford, WI.
