Searching for what brand window has HTL on latch

I'm trying to find out what type my windows are.  they have HTL on the locking latch.  I need covers for the rollout arm.

I am afraid this exact lock is no longer made. See our 38-139. I'm not certain this could work as a replacement, but it's our best bet. Take a look and see what you think.
