Searching for windo latch thta works with 40638

Thanks for posting. Start by looking at our 26-337 and 26-344. The hole spacing is 2" for both of these sets, which looks possibly like the hole spacing on your old tilt latches, though admittedly reading measuring tape from pictures isn't always reliable. Take a look, compare all the dimensions listed, and let me know if one of these tilt latch pairs matches what you need.
